A total of 71 units will be built, offering housing solutions for a variety of living situations—from compact studio apartments to more spacious four-bedroom family apartments. Three units will feature a private garden, while the others will have a balcony or loggia, expanding the living space with a pleasant outdoor area. Parking will be provided by 56 spaces in a parking garage and an additional 3 standard parking spots.

This new phase of the project introduces a change in architectural style. While previous phases featured a horizontal division of the facade, this time the focus is on vertical elements, which bring a new rhythm to the street frontage. This transformation responds to the development of the surrounding buildings and naturally complements the urban context of the Královo Pole neighborhood.

The project naturally places a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability. The fourth phase of the project meets Energy Class A standards, making it exceptionally energy-efficient. The project also includes the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof, as well as a heat recovery system and air conditioning on the top floor.
