Trikaya’s objective is to build innovative projects that offer clients not only high quality, but also standards that are common in other developer countries.

Trikaya Real Estate Group is a group of companies engaged in real estate construction and investment in the Czech Republic that specializes in the second-largest city in the country – Brno. The company was founded in 2010 and originally focused purely on developing residential buildings. At present, in addition to residential construction the company also builds administrative buildings and invests in large shopping centres by planning reconstruction and development.

In our projects we seek ways to move standards forward in the given segment. We develop the potential of individual areas whether it be residential construction or developing retail facilities or progressive administrative buildings. We place quality before quantity and realize that we aren’t just building individual buildings but are helping to shape a city into a single functional whole.

TRIKAYA property and facility management – administration of buildings with first class care

We take care of our own projects with the greatest care. We provide our clients with first-class building management and service. Trikaya Property and Facility Management also provides building services and management to other clients.

We provide a complete service of residential and office buildings ranging from administrative management (bookkeeping, cost accounting) to technical management, maintenance of greenery or guarding the building.

The Trikaya Group employs over 20 experts in the fields of development, sales, and facility and property management.
